USEFUL INFORMATION

  • Entry

A valid passport is required and must be valid at least 3 months from the date of entry in Morocco. However, for nationals of the European Union and the Swiss identity card may be sufficient under certain conditions. Always check with the tourist office or Moroccan consulate before departure.

  • Climate

The dominant climate in Morocco is Mediterranean. The North is tempered by the Atlantic Ocean, the costal cities are very hot early in spring time inside the country, the climate is continental with extremes temperature; the Atlas area  is wet, the snow is common. Further south, the climate is desertic.

  • Change

In main cities, you will find offices for change everywhere, attached or not to a bank. Otherwise, you can change in the banks, but withlimited hours : Monday to Friday and from 08:00 to 15:30.
