Data collected

When you complete a contact form or a quote request form (individual, business/MICE, or personalised itinerary), we collect the information you voluntarily provide: name, email address, telephone number and, depending on the form, country, preferred destination, budget, company name and the content of your message. No banking data is collected on this website.

The website also uses an audience measurement tool (Vercel Analytics) which does not set any cookies and does not collect any personally identifiable data. It produces aggregated and anonymous visitor statistics.

Purposes and legal basis

The data submitted through our forms is used exclusively to process your request: to reply to you, prepare a quote, or organise your trip or event. The processing is based on your consent, given by submitting the form, and on the performance of the pre-contractual measures necessary to deal with your request.

Recipients

Data submitted through a form is sent by email to the Travel Plus team via the Resend transactional email service, and is not shared with any other third party or used for commercial or advertising purposes.

Retention period

Your data is kept for as long as necessary to process your request and for the duration of our business relationship, and is then archived or deleted in accordance with the applicable legal obligations.

Your rights

In accordance with Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you have the right to access, rectify, object to and delete your data. To exercise these rights, please contact us at Farouk.Aboualamm@gmail.com.

Transparency note: to date, Travel Plus has not yet filed a declaration with the National Commission for the Control of Personal Data Protection (CNDP) for the processing described above. A compliance process is under way.

Security

We implement reasonable technical measures (HTTPS encrypted connection, secure hosting) to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure.
